Dolly has African American skin with beautiful dark brown eyes. Her hair is a black Monique wig, full of cascading curls.. She wears a beautiful dress and matching panties by George Baby. Her soft, cream dress is a velour dress with a tule overlay.  She wears her hair pulled back with a headband, but her hair could be styled in a number of hairstyles using barretts, rubber bands, ribbon, etc.  Her shoes are shiney black mary janes and her socks have lace trim. Her wig is securely, permanetly attached to her head.
